Middle Earth Solar exists using the products we sell. We run product testing in real field use situations to ensure our products work under the demands of daily life.
If you are interested in renewable energy and would like to visit our demonstration site, please contact us to schedule an appointment. All visits to Middle Earth Solar are by appointment only. There is no cost, we encourage you to come and investigate the possibilities of a renewable energy future.
Consulting:
Middle Earth Solar charges $350 CDN plus travel one time fee for consulting, system design and sizing. We can help you calculate your energy needs and design a system, which will best suit your lifestyle. Your consulting fee of $350 will include an energy audit, system lifecycle cost analysis and renewable energy analysis, like solar radiation calculations, micro hydro feasibility etc. We refund your fee should you decide to purchase a system from us.
Customer Service:
We want to make sure our products work the way they should. At Middle Earth Solar we take pride in our customer service. Teaching our clientele how to use, run and maintain a renewable energy system is part of it. Once we install a system we provide an operating manual specific to your project and site. We offer on going free phone and email support! Should you have questions regarding use, installation or troubleshooting we are here to help.
