Middle Earth Solar

A large grid tie system really has no size constraints.   These systems are designed to produce the maximum amount of energy for any given site.  They can range between 1kW to 25kW.  A central string inverter delivers AC power to the grid. 

 Hardware:

• 4 to 100, 250 watt solar electric modules. 
• 1 Grid-Tie string inverter. 
• 1-racking system.
• 1-Wiring Package.  

Options:

• 1-Top of pole mount racking. 
• 1-Internet monitoring hub.  
• 1-Web monitoring analytic subscription.

String inverters connect the strings of circuits from many solar panels.  They have to be sized to run at 75% input capacity, i.e.: a 2kW inverter must have 1.5kW input current.

 These systems can be designed for any range of energy production or budget.  Note: (all grid-tie inverters comply with Canadian and US standards for anti-islanding as well as high/low/frequency/voltage cut out). This standard ensures energy being sold to the grid conforms to grid quality standards.
