Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
Each client and product has their own specific shipping needs. If you are interested in a product please contact us and we will work with you to arrange shipping. We us a large network of freight service providers from standard mail, to greyhound bus, trucking companies and couriers. Please, when receiving a shipment make sure you have the correct number of boxes and they are in good condition. Packages leave our facility in perfect condition! Should a box or pallet arrive with “any” noticeable damage or signs of rough handling, “Do not sign” First photograph the exterior of the package then open it to inspect for damage. If damage to merchandise is confirmed return the box to the driver and phone Middle Earth Solar.
Cancellation Policy
Should you decide to cancel an order before it has been shipped, Middle Earth Solar will refund your payment. Credit card payments will be refunded minus 5%, this is the fee we pay for processing your order via credit card. Any special orders brought in specifically for you will be refunded minus 25% to 40%. This is the fee the manufacturers and distributors charge us for canceling your order. Should you decide to cancel your order after part or all of it has been shipped please refer to our return policy.
Return Policy
Returns can be made within 30 days of the date of the original sale. All returns must be in their original undamaged packaging in clean re-saleable condition. Returned electronic components must be returned without ever being hooked up or used. They will otherwise be considered used equipment and refunded accordingly. All electronic components are tested once back at Middle Earth Solar’s Service depot! Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be sent prepaid freight and or shipping! COD returns will be denied.!
